We Drone — Privacy Policy

The short version. We Drone collects nothing. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics, no tracker, and the app makes no network call of its own — it works entirely offline. The only exchange with a third party is the optional in-app purchase, which Apple handles end to end and which never passes through us.

1. Who we are

We Drone is published by wewe (Werner Masseglia), Rue d'en haut 33, 7830 Silly, Belgium, company no. 1032.232.725. For any question about this Policy, write to hello.wewe.apps@gmail.com.

2. What we collect: nothing

We do not collect, transmit, store on a server, sell or share any personal data. The app declares Data Not Collected on the App Store, and that declaration is exact: there is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporter and no third-party library of any kind in the app.

3. What stays on your device

The app saves three things locally, using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage:

the exam country you chose, so the mock exam applies the right national scoring;
whether you have already seen the introduction screen;
how many mock exams you have started today, to apply the free daily limit.

None of this leaves your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes it. We never see it, and we could not retrieve it if we wanted to.

4. Purchases

The optional A2 unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase processed entirely by Apple. Apple tells the app whether the purchase is active; we receive no payment details, no email address and no Apple ID. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

5. No tracking, no advertising

The app does not track you across other apps or websites, and therefore never presents the App Tracking Transparency prompt. It contains no advertising and no advertising identifier.

6. Children

The app is a revision tool for a civil aviation exam and is not directed at children. As it collects no data at all, it collects none from children either.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

The GDPR grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete — the data lives on your device and is under your sole control. You may still contact us with any question, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Belgium, the Data Protection Authority, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

8. Security

Your answers are stored locally and protected by standard iOS file protection. Since nothing is transmitted, there is no server-side breach risk on our part.

9. Independence

We Drone is an independent revision app. It is not affiliated with, approved by or certified by EASA, the DGAC, the LBA, the RDW, the ILT, AESA, ENAC, the DGTA/BCAA or any other civil aviation authority, and it issues no certificate: the exam is taken with the competent authority of your State. Content is based on Regulations (EU) 2019/947 and 2019/945 — © European Union, eur-lex.europa.eu, 1998-2026 — and on published national law. Only the official texts in force are authoritative.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged in the App.
